Prin. Dr. Ashoka Gaikwad
Dr. Ashoka Gaikwad has 25 years of experience in engineering education as a professor.
He was the principal of a Pune-based engineering college. Dr. Ashoka was the Chairman of the Board of Studies Instrumentation and a member of the Academic Council of Pune University from 2005 to 2010.
He taught ‘Biomedical Instrumentation’ to engineering PG-level students for more than 15 years.
He began working with lasers and optics in 1997. He has a doctorate degree in ‘Optical Fibre Sensing’ and has postgraduated from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has published more than 25 research papers in reputed national and international journals. Dr. Ashoka has been developing different aesthetic lasers and instructing dermatologists and cosmetologists since 2016.
